TotalFleet is shipped with a powerful report writer and customization capability. Below are just some of TotalFleet's report features:

The Customer Reports window is presented to you when you request a Customer report. This window provides many different selection criteria fields to limit the customers that are included in a report.

Field Descriptions
Report: This pull-down box allows you to select which report you want to run. You can simply change the report by selecting the report from the list.

Cust Codes: The Customer Codes Range allows you to select a range of customers based on their customer codes. If you leave these fields blank, then all customers are included in the range.

Zones: The Zones Range allows you to select a range based upon the customer's zone.

Sales Rep: The Sales Rep Range allows you to select customers that belong to a designated sales person or range of sales persons.

SIC: The SIC Range allows you to select only clients that belong to one SIC or a range of SICs.

Billing Mode: You can limit reports to customers that are in a defined mode (weekly, monthly, etc.). By default, all customers are included in this report.

Group Code: You can limit selection criteria to defined billing groups using Group Code Range.
