TotalFleets's Computer Aided Dispatch feature is designed to be the easiest-to-use dispatch program in the industry. TotalFleet dispatching is performed simply by dragging a job to a driver. A job can be reassigned simply by dragging the job from one driver to another. TotalFleet's dispatching is as simple as dispatching with traditional dispatch cards with the added power and speed of a computer.

Since TotalFleet's dispatching is based on widely accepted techniques, training is a breeze. It takes little time and effort for your dispatchers to get acquainted with TotalFleet.

Integrated Wireless

TotalFleet's Computer Aided Dispatch program has integrated wireless capabilities using the Mobile Solutions® Wireless Workforce product. The wireless communication services are provided transparently to the dispatcher. For example, when a dispatcher assigns an order to a driver that has a communication unit defined, a prompt appears to enable optional wireless transmission of the order information. If the option is selected, the information is transmitted. TotalFleet shelters a dispatcher from having to keep track of details like worker unit ID numbers, wireless networks they are using, and the types equipment they are using. It is all handled automatically by TotalFleet behind the scenes. The dispatcher transmits or re-transmits job information by simply dragging the job entries to the transmit well.
