Air Freight

TotalFleet can keep track of all your air freight operations. TotalFleet integrates air freight tracking into its graphical order entry and computer aided dispatch programs. A complete history can be kept of every air freight order you receive.

The following sample window is available from TotalFleet's order entry window. This window allows you to enter as much information about the delivery as possible.

TotalFleet also makes it possible to track all the information that is required when you are acting as the freight forwarder. Information is tracked for who you alerted at the remote agent's office, the POD requirement, and even the POD itself.

Alerts

TotalFleet allows you to enter freight alerts when you receive them. You can then keep track of them in either the Computer Aided Dispatch or Order Entry sections of TotalFleet. When the freight arrives, you can perform a one click operation to convert it to a normal Dispatch Order.

Air Freight Information

TotalFleet maintains extensive details regarding air freight orders. The following is just a sample of some of the information that is stored.
