MOBILE SOLUTIONS, INC. EXPANDS SERVICE AREA TO TEXAS

FREDERICK, MD June 25, 1998 - Mobile Solutions, Inc. of Frederick, Maryland and Information Systems Distribution Group, Inc. of Arlington, Texas announced today that they have signed a reseller agreement to distribute Mobile Solutions software technology in the state of Texas.

The reseller agreement provides Information Distribution Systems Group, Inc. (IDSG) with the rights to serve as a master reseller for Mobile Solutions products and services for mobile workforce automation applications. The Mobile Solutions products include TotalFleet, a computer aided dispatch and fleet management application; the Wireless Workforce, a data communication middleware service; Scredit, a graphic electronic forms editor; and Lightning, a file transfer service optimized for use over wireless data communication networks. These products can be applied to mobile workforce operations in industries such as transportation, field service, utilities, health care, and others. Mobile Solutions services include system design, software development, system integration, and Internet Commerce development services. These offerings complement IDSG's repertoire of wireless communication and mobile workforce automation products.
