WIRELESS ELECTRONIC FORMS REPLACE PAPERWORK

FREDERICK, MD March 21, 1999 - Mobile Solutions, Inc. of Frederick, Maryland has introduced a unique technology that enables companies to replace common paperwork with wireless electronic forms used on portable computers.

This innovative technology is applied through a new graphic form editor for wireless communications from Mobile Solutions, Inc. This editor is known as the Mobile Solutions, Inc. Scredit product. Scredit produces electronic forms that can be modeled after paper-oriented forms commonly used in business operations. The forms produced by Scredit generate efficient communications that travel over commercial wireless data communication networks such as Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) and other Internet Protocol (IP) wireless transport services. The Scredit product also supports a powerful scripting tool that enables custom programming for applications based on the electronic forms. Mobile Solutions' customers are using Scredit to implement inventory forms, timesheets, database queries, work orders, invoices, and other forms that were historically written on paper. In the past, these paper-oriented forms were filed to headquarters, processed by data entry clerks, verified by management, and eventually tracked in company computers. Through Scredit, the forms are now completed on portable notebook computers and sent immediately to company computers using wireless data communications. This eliminates many steps and improves overall operational efficiency.
